At Happy Floors, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and uninstalled flooring products. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Shipment
Securely pack your flooring materials in their original boxes, ensuring all planks or tiles are protected, and clearly mark the exterior with your assigned RMA number.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center or schedule a freight pickup for palletized orders using the prepaid label provided by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
